		<description>Good call Jim.  &lt;br&gt;   I&#039;d add that while most of my best clients are still engaging, many can only afford to do so in smaller cost increments.  The burden is on us to show that we still understand their strategy (even when it changes monthly) and we can still help them move in the direction they need to go (even if we have to take very small steps).  &lt;br&gt;     Now more than ever, I&#039;m glad I built my sales and delivery model on the trusted advisor approach.  Case in point; when my primary executive sponsor was let go a few weeks ago half way through a 29-month/$32M project, the CEO and the new sponsor each engaged me within hours to keep things moving toward our strategic targets.  They and the project have not missed a beat.  That doesn&#039;t happen I&#039;m seen as a &quot;one-trick pony&quot; or I have anything less than the entire client organization&#039;s best interest in mind all along.&lt;br&gt;-S</description>
