		<description>Frank,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You are right on re: most sales people lacking the discipline to get  &lt;br&gt;the basics right.   If the systems were easier, more intuitive and  &lt;br&gt;less intrusive even the least disciplined would use them.  Sales  &lt;br&gt;people use anything that makes their job easier.</description>

Also impressed with the current addition they have made integrating Twitter into their Service Cloud offering.&lt;br&gt;UI is the toughest part and there is room for improvement.
