		<description>I have definitely had my fill of &quot;tough guy&quot; salepeople who think the bulldog mentality gets it done. However, I will say in my own personal sales career I&#039;ve found where toughness really does work.... on myself. That&#039;s not to say I beat myself up and bring a joyless boot camp mentality to my work. But I have to choose to work hard AND smart every day but be kind and solutions minded with my customers. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great post! I enjoyed the read.</description>
