I’m Stuck

I’m stuck!

Over the 4 years I’ve been writing this blog, I’ve come to learn I am a sporadic writer. My ideas and posts come in waves. There are times the ideas come to me faster than I can get them out, other times . . . crickets — chirp, chirp.

Lately, there has been nothing but chirping in my head, it’s as hollow as a Chocolate Easter Bunny.

For those of you who’ve been part of this community, none of this comes as a surprise to you.  We’ve been down this road together before.

Therefore to combat the crickets and fill the hollow space, I’m asking the community to share some topic(s) to address? What would you like me to write about?

Let me know in the comments and if you like one that is already listed, give it a vote by hitting reply under the comment.

I’m looking forward to see what’s on everyones mind.

I’d love to read about how you ‘know it’s time to ask for help’!

Hey Keenan, you’ve been cranking them out lately! Certainly wouldn’t accuse you of letting the blog lie fallow!! I’ve been meaning to reach out to you about doing a guest post(s). My former boss was top notch sales guy and I always made notes when we were discussing strategy negotiating points. One topic I’d suggest is engaging with someone who talks a big game but doesn’t spend money. A second is setting deadlines – when are they necessary, how to use them, and the pitfalls!

I wouldn’t stress about it – quality over quantity. I’ve unfollowed countless bloggers who due to a perceived need to post every singe day recycle tired stale concepts over and over just to have something posted that day.

Hi Keenan, let’s help each other. You can drop some selling wisdom on this newbie and in the process maybe rekindle a lesson you’ve long since forgotten you know. Sound good? If so, please drop me an email! And in any event, I hope you’re well.

Hi Jim – I think it is much better to not write than to force something as some bloggers do. I learned that from Chris Brogan and others. My best content comes from what clients are asking me about and the weird things I run into at conferences, events, and with clients or prospective ones. Nothing wrong with a break here and there!
